Lead calibration and process control activities at the Glasgow plant: develop and maintain calibration systems to ISO/IATF standards, calibrate instruments, analyze data, specify and qualify instrumentation, troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems, support automation, document activities, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement projects across site teams.

Serve as primary customer contact for order processing, issue resolution, and proactive outreach. Manage orders from receipt to delivery, maintain customer master data in ERP/CRM, coordinate with production and sales, gather feedback, analyze customer behavior, and mentor junior team members to ensure high customer satisfaction and on-time shipments.

Lead reliability activities for plant assets: develop and improve preventive maintenance and inspection programs, perform root cause analyses, coordinate mechanical inspections and repairs, support shutdown planning, work with CMMS and planners, and train/coach maintenance staff to improve equipment reliability and safety.
