Drive business growth for activated carbon solutions in the U.S. water treatment market. Responsibilities include assessing market opportunities, analyzing customers and competitors, supporting marketing and proposals, validating opportunities, negotiating with third parties, and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations. The role requires strong knowledge of municipal and industrial water treatment, adsorption technologies, market research, commercial activities, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Provides end-to-end customer and commercial support for assigned accounts, including order processing, shipment coordination, issue resolution, CRM and ERP data management, customer feedback analysis, reporting, and sales forecasting support. Coordinates tenders and RFQs, collaborates with internal teams and production sites, identifies service improvements, supports lead generation, and mentors less-experienced colleagues. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong customer service skills, and experience in CRM, ERP, and customer operations.

Provides commercial customer support across the full sales and order lifecycle, including lead generation, account management, forecasting, tenders, quotations, order processing, CRM and ERP administration, shipment coordination, and service improvement. Analyzes customer feedback, supports sales and demand planning, identifies business opportunities, collaborates with technical teams, and contributes to cross-functional projects. The role also mentors colleagues and ensures continuous Customer Experience coverage while meeting regulatory, safety, and ISO requirements.
