Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems and PCBAs for precision fluid dispensing products. Provide manufacturability input, select components, conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing, perform root cause analysis, drive process improvements, and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams. May estimate costs and supervise support personnel.

Designs, analyzes, and tests mechanical systems and production methods for new products. Coordinates subsystem integration, conducts feasibility and pilot production, resolves production issues, selects components, and supports manufacturing readiness while directing support personnel as needed.

Provide quality engineering support in a manufacturing environment: ensure compliance with QMS/ISO, drive corrective/preventive actions, perform root-cause analysis, apply statistical tools (SPC, MSA, process capability), support supplier quality, lead audits, validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), mentor QA staff, and implement continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
