Provides administrative support to customers and sales staff through order processing, quoting, sales information management, product training, financing assistance, and sales event coordination. Maintains sales literature and competitor documentation, conducts market research, and prepares reports on customer inquiries, trends, complaints, delivery issues, and product returns.

Designs and develops industrial electrical systems, including schematics, wiring, bills of materials, component selection, prototypes, PLC programming, and debugging. Maintains existing products, ensures compliance with safety and reliability standards, implements customer-specific features, and drives cost reduction. The role also supports PC-based controls, SCADA, HMI, data collection, UI design, ERP systems, and industrial automation applications.

Supports AXI equipment applications throughout pre-sales, customer deployment, troubleshooting, training, and technical specification development. Demonstrates system capabilities using customer samples, supports sales discussions, prepares application and training documentation, tests software releases, translates customer needs into engineering requirements, and contributes to product roadmaps and market analysis. The role serves China and broader Asia projects, requires extensive domestic and international travel, and involves customer and cleanroom environments.
