Lead frontend architecture and performance for a real-time, large-canvas AI design product. Own module boundaries, state/data flow, rendering, testing/CI, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend.

Lead ownership of test-suite health: architect and build automation framework, convert manual regressions to reliable automated tests (web + non-web), enforce evidence-based release gates across Dev/UAT/Prod, measure and reduce regressions, run RCAs until preventive fixes deployed, and hire/scale a quality engineering team.

Hands-on Staff Full-Stack Frontend Engineer to design, implement, and own complex frontend systems including canvas rendering, state and data flow for long-lived sessions, real-time collaboration, and extensibility. Contribute to architecture and RFCs, ship high-quality observable code, diagnose production issues, lead migrations, and mentor senior engineers while partnering with Product, Design, and Backend.
