We are on a mission to reinvent how designers work in the AI era. We’re backed by top investors including First Round, Chemistry, Homebrew, Scribble and senior leaders from OpenAI, Meta, Google, Ramp, Stripe and more. We’re building the next-generation AI design tool for product teams.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to help define what modern, AI-native product design looks like. You’ll own and ship core Noon experiences—designing systems, workflows, and interactions that change how product designers think, build, and collaborate.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll lead design for foundational parts of the product like prototyping workflows, real-time collaboration, and shared workspaces, while setting the principles and quality bar that guide everything we ship.
What You’ll DoOwn ambiguous, high-leverage product areas end to end
Turn complex systems into clear, intuitive interaction models
Design original solutions where existing design tools fall short
Partner deeply with founders, engineering, and product
Set and raise the bar for craft across interaction, motion, and systems
10+ years in product or interaction design
A track record of owning and shipping complex product systems
Exceptional craft and systems thinking
Comfort operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
Strong leadership and collaboration instincts
A clear point of view on design—and how AI should (and shouldn’t) shape it
Experience with AI-first products or design tools
Background in real-time collaboration or multiplayer systems
Strong prototyping skills
Early-stage or zero-to-one experience
Coding experience (HTML, CSS, React)

What We Do
Noon is an AI-native product design platform that provides a dual-canvas tool for product designers. By integrating design and production-ready code, it eliminates the gap between the two, allowing designers to create, iterate, build, test, and ship products directly from a single canvas. Founded in 2024, the company aims to redefine product design workflows through AI-driven, code-centric solutions that work in seconds rather than minutes.
