Supports the CEO and executive leadership team by managing the calendar, inbox, travel, expenses, meetings, documents, commitments, briefings, and follow-through. Partners with the Chief of Staff to align priorities, protect executive focus, coordinate stakeholders, prepare meeting materials, track decisions, and complete assigned projects. The role requires discretion, strong judgment, adaptability, frequent domestic travel coordination, and availability for weekday after-hours support.

Provides Tier I and II IT support across classified and unclassified systems while building out IT infrastructure at new sites. Responsibilities include deploying and imaging workstations, installing peripherals, running cable, racking servers and network equipment, managing hardware inventories, troubleshooting devices and networks, administering accounts and permissions, patching systems, supporting onboarding and offboarding, documenting resolutions, and following DoD cybersecurity standards. The role requires approximately 25% travel and physical site-buildout work.

Provides Tier I and II IT support for classified and unclassified systems while standing up IT infrastructure at new sites. Deploys and images workstations, racks and cables servers and network equipment, manages hardware inventory, and supports account administration, patching, onboarding, and offboarding. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, conference-room, and VTC issues; documents tickets and configuration changes; follows DoD security standards; and travels approximately 25% for site buildouts.

Own the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity function for a classified site. Responsibilities include managing hardware, software, networks, budgets, vendors, incident response, security protocols, accreditation, and compliance with federal classified-system frameworks. The role directly manages IT and cyber personnel, supports customer integration, troubleshoots outages, briefs leadership on risk and readiness, and maintains inspection-ready security authorizations.

Own classified WAN strategy, operations, performance, compliance, and ATO posture across multiple accredited sites. Manage carriers, integrators, vendors, contracts, SLAs, budgets, and network projects while coordinating distributed teams and government stakeholders. Provide senior technical leadership, maintain NIST SP 800-53 and RMF compliance, resolve risks, and build the organization through hiring, mentoring, and developing technical leaders and managers.

Owns cybersecurity authorization and delivery for classified WANs, serving as ISSM across the full RMF lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing SSPs and POA&Ms, securing ATOs under NIST SP 800-53, DAAPM, and DCSA requirements, managing WAN deployment schedules, sustaining multi-tenant authorization boundaries, conducting continuous monitoring, coordinating site implementation, and interfacing with DCSA. The role will eventually build and lead a WAN ISSO/ISSM team.

Provides Tier I and II IT support while deploying and configuring workstations, servers, network equipment, cabling, peripherals, and VTC systems at new classified sites. Responsibilities include hardware lifecycle management, troubleshooting, account administration, patching, onboarding and offboarding, documentation, and compliance with DoD security standards. The role involves hands-on buildout work, coordination with cybersecurity and construction teams, and approximately 25% travel.

Lead and be accountable for daily operations, launch, and expansion of a secure, classified facility (SCIF). Manage a cross‑functional local team, ensure security and IT compliance, maintain site P&L and audit readiness, drive customer experience, and coordinate with HQ. Travel to other sites ~10–20%.
