Administer government contracts from award through closeout, ensuring audit-ready files, compliance, deliverable tracking, invoicing accuracy, and performance monitoring. Draft and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts while flowing down FAR and DFARS clauses. Support solicitation reviews, proposal documentation, representations, certifications, and customer responses. Identify contractual risks, manage modifications and scope issues, coordinate with program, finance, growth, government contracting officials, and subcontractors, and recommend resolutions to disputes.

Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including reviewing, redlining, negotiating, drafting amendments, and managing renewals. Build and maintain the company’s contract playbook, templates, and fallback positions in collaboration with outside counsel. Train the Growth team, track contract cycle times and deviations, maintain complete CLM records, and escalate material terms. The role partners with customer legal and procurement teams and supports commercial agreements across customers, vendors, and suppliers.

Own the strategy, operations, compliance, and scaling of classified WAN environments across multiple accredited sites. Manage network health, ATO posture, NIST SP 800-53 and RMF compliance, vendors, contracts, projects, budgets, and government stakeholders. Lead distributed technical teams, resolve operational issues, and build the classified WAN organization through hiring and staff development. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance, extensive classified-network experience, strong networking and cybersecurity expertise, and travel up to 35%.
