Support district instructional vision by strengthening Tier I instruction and HQIM implementation, coaching and supervising instructional coaches, designing and delivering professional learning, partnering with principals on school improvement and MTSS, and analyzing assessment data to inform continuous improvement and equitable student outcomes.

Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, reconciliations, transaction processing, and support month‑end/year‑end close. Maintain financial records, assist with audits, grant and fixed asset tracking, procurement card and payroll support, and collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with district, state, and federal financial guidelines.

Support month- and year-end close, reconciliations, audit management, financial reporting, grant and fixed asset accounting, procurement card oversight, payroll backup, internal controls, and cross-department collaboration to improve processes.

Lead financial management and compliance for NOLA Public Schools portfolio: develop policies and internal controls, oversee school budgets, monitor financial performance, coordinate audits and corrective actions, train schools on charter finance requirements, and liaise with charter leaders and district leadership to ensure transparent, accurate reporting.

The Academic Interventionist supports literacy and numeracy for students needing additional academic assistance through small group instruction, data monitoring, and collaboration with teachers and families.

The School Psychologist will evaluate students, provide educational support, conduct assessments, and collaborate on IEP development. They will also ensure compliance with educational standards.
