Lead and manage all district capital projects including construction, renovations, repairs, and replacements. Oversee district- and school-operator-managed projects, budgeting, contracts, DBE compliance, long-term capital planning, and cross-department coordination. Supervise capital planning and project staff, produce spending and project reports, and ensure legal and policy compliance. Support emergency preparedness and facility special projects.

Manage annual reviews and ongoing monitoring of charter school performance under the district accountability framework. Conduct compliance oversight and school visits, analyze academic/financial/organizational data, recommend corrective actions, support authorization/renewal, liaise with school leaders, parents, and internal departments, and serve as resident expert in a chosen domain (e.g., special education, instructional leadership, charter law).

The School Psychologist will evaluate students, provide educational support, conduct assessments, and collaborate on IEP development. They will also ensure compliance with educational standards.
