Lead and maintain the Salesforce platform and Parent Portal, define product vision, prioritize and oversee enhancements, manage external development teams, build training and documentation, perform UAT, manage data loads and annual student matching cycles, and ensure on-time project delivery for district stakeholders.

Manage and maintain Systemwide Needs Program data systems, dashboards, and grants tracking. Analyze programmatic and financial data, collect stakeholder feedback, generate reports and narratives, support implementation and operations, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain the New Orleans Teacher Job Board.

Manage and steward the facilities needs analysis and project tracking databases; ensure data integrity; produce reports; deliver user training; support capital planning, document control, and coordination with facilities staff and external partners.
