Embedded in the sales cycle to partner with AEs for technical discovery, build tailored demos and POCs, map merchant stacks, resolve technical objections, translate requirements into POC success criteria, surface product feedback, and create SE enablement assets and playbooks.

Act as the technical lead for enterprise customers: manage onboarding and SDK/integration implementations, troubleshoot APIs and web-stack issues, deliver technical presentations and QBRs, coordinate escalations with Support/Product/Engineering, drive adoption and expansion, create training/enablement, and mentor junior Solutions Engineers.

Generate top-of-funnel leads for account executives, become a product expert to answer pre-sales questions, qualify prospects via discovery calls/chats, manage opportunities in Salesforce, develop new sales approaches, and consistently hit monthly qualified-opportunity quotas.

Lead FP&A and accounting for a scaling SaaS business: own financial modeling, monthly actuals vs. budget, rolling forecasts, treasury, tax/audit, internal controls, board and investor materials, and AI-driven automation. Partner with CEO and SLT on pricing, partnerships, and segment profitability while managing a small finance team and external accountants.
