Support existing customers (farmers/livestock producers) to maximize value from Nofence’s virtual fencing through onboarding, technical support, hardware diagnostics, CRM documentation, and product education. Proactively manage customer relationships, escalate product issues to engineering, and represent the company at regional events and occasional onsite visits.

Lead rapid implementation of a new ERP and e-commerce platform, own business technology roadmap, drive integrations, data governance, security, vendor management, and day-to-day end-user IT while partnering with product and infrastructure teams to enable scalable, secure operations.

Lead the Growth engineering team as a hands-on full-stack tech lead with frontend focus. Set technical direction, own frontend architecture and experimentation infrastructure, integrate analytics/CRM/ad platforms, scope and deliver growth initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure trustworthy experiments and reliable shipping.
