Teams at Nofence

Develop and maintain Nofence’s React Native mobile application, APIs, backend services, and React web components. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, customers, and cross-functional teammates to solve problems and deliver agricultural technology solutions. The role involves working across the product stack, including IoT-connected livestock collars, Django services, databases, observability tools, and AWS infrastructure.

Leads Nofence’s sourcing and commodity management function, including strategy, team development, supplier qualification, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and dual sourcing. Partners with Engineering, Product, Operations, Quality, and Legal across new product development and sustaining supply. Owns strategic supplier performance, market benchmarking, sourcing processes, and complex multi-location programs while supporting cost, quality, resilience, and technology roadmap objectives.

Respond to inbound sales inquiries, follow up with prospective customers by phone and email, manage CRM activities, and build strong customer relationships. The role partners with outside sales and customer support, contributes to organizational projects and sales-team development, and may eventually support outreach or cold calling. Candidates should understand agriculture, pasture management, or animal husbandry, communicate exceptionally well in English, and learn the company’s livestock technology.
