Owns the US employee experience for a scaling company, including onboarding, employee support, benefits and leave administration, payroll inputs, recruiting, multi-state employment compliance, and culture initiatives. Partners with managers and global People leaders, manages hiring processes, oversees employment tax and regulatory requirements, and adapts global people practices for the US. The role is remote-first, based in the US, and includes occasional travel to US locations and Oslo.

Lead global talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruiting across engineering, commercial, and operations roles. Build standardized hiring frameworks, improve Applicant Tracking System governance, coach hiring managers, develop multi-country sourcing strategies, manage agency partners, and strengthen candidate experience. Use recruiting analytics to improve funnel conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and source effectiveness while ensuring GDPR-compliant data practices and fair hiring processes.

Sell Nofence’s precision livestock management platform to U.S. livestock producers in California. Responsibilities include closing sales by phone, email, and in person; responding to inbound inquiries; maintaining customer records and support cases in a CRM; collaborating with customer support; attending relevant events and customer visits; and contributing to cross-functional projects. The role requires sales experience, agricultural or livestock knowledge, strong communication skills, and an adaptable, self-driven approach.
