Designs, develops, deploys, and optimizes generative AI and machine learning solutions on AWS. Builds Amazon Bedrock and RAG applications, document-processing bots, APIs, and scalable ML models. Responsibilities include model evaluation, monitoring, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, data extraction, and cross-functional AI integration. The role requires expertise in Python, cloud architecture, OCR technologies, NLP, deep learning, CI/CD, and web application development.

Supports machine learning development for fraud detection, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, experiment tracking, drift monitoring, and batch scoring. Maintains Python data pipelines, Jupyter reporting artifacts, and MLflow documentation. Work supports cybersecurity operations and requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and DHS Entry on Duty suitability.

Provide cyber incident response support during an assigned shift for government and critical infrastructure customers. Triage and investigate network defense incidents, correlate alerts and incident data, assess severity and impact, identify causes and infection vectors, recommend mitigation and defense-in-depth measures, research resolution steps, monitor threat information, and track incidents through final resolution.

Designs and supports data architecture, processing, management, and engineering operations. Builds and executes ETL pipelines, integrates data flows with industry-standard systems, and works across AWS, HDFS, Cloudera, Spark, Presto, SQL, and NoSQL environments. Collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting data acquisition, exploitation, and management. Optional work includes targeting workflows, large language models, agentic workflows, Neo4j, and hard-target mission areas.

Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based ELT/ETL pipelines and data architecture. Migrate and normalize source data into ADLS, enforce quality controls, source control, documentation, and self-service analytics. Optimize storage/processing, audit pipelines, and explore AI-assisted tooling.
