Provide cyber incident response support during an assigned shift for government and critical infrastructure customers. Triage and investigate network defense incidents, correlate alerts and incident data, assess severity and impact, identify causes and infection vectors, recommend mitigation and defense-in-depth measures, research resolution steps, monitor threat information, and track incidents through final resolution.

Develops, integrates, troubleshoots, and maintains software applications supporting government cyber incident response. Responsibilities include RESTful API development, software testing, AWS resource integration, secure development practices, containerization, data transformation, production support, and evaluation of software tools. The role requires collaboration with customers and distributed teams, active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain DHS suitability.

Lead software development and enterprise IT support efforts for web-based applications and systems. Develop and maintain Java and AWS solutions, databases, APIs, and ServiceNow integrations. Manage accreditation, enterprise software updates, patching, licensing, and Tier 1–3 support. Create IT documentation, workflows, security plans, architectural diagrams, and deployment checklists while improving user experience, delivery speed, quality, and operational efficiency.
