Own and operate production PostgreSQL infrastructure: architecture, replication, HA, performance tuning, backup/disaster recovery, ETL/data pipelines, data services, monitoring, and on-call support for a regulated derivatives exchange.

Own and operate production PostgreSQL infrastructure: architecture, replication/HA, performance tuning, backup/recovery and disaster testing, capacity planning, ETL/data pipelines, data services (test data, masking, modeling), and provide operational support including on-call response for a regulated financial exchange.

Lead HR functions reporting to the CHRO: execute talent acquisition and development strategies, supervise HR team, deliver learning programs, manage HR analytics and reporting, ensure compliance and HR process controls, support performance management, and communicate updates to leadership.

Manage daily forward curve construction for power futures and options, improve pricing methodology, analyze large datasets, develop pricing and risk models, support product development, and respond to internal and external inquiries to inform exchange and clearing house risk and business strategy.

Provide legal advice to Nodal Exchange and Nodal Clear, monitor regulatory changes, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and licensing agreements, maintain policies and legal files, support compliance across business, finance, and technology stakeholders, and collaborate with the EEX Group on legal matters. Role is onsite in Tyson's Corner (3 days/week) with hybrid options.
