Teams at Nodal Exchange

Support the CMO across branding, communications, product marketing and events with emphasis on planning/executing 20–25 external sponsorships, receptions, and internal events. Manage event logistics, vendors, creative, budgets and procurement in JIRA; collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales and EEX Group; develop creative event experiences; track metrics and support sustainability/ESG reporting.

Manage daily forward curve construction for power futures and options, improve pricing methodology, analyze large datasets, develop pricing and risk models, support product development, and respond to internal and external inquiries to inform exchange and clearing house risk and business strategy.

Provide legal advice to Nodal Exchange and Nodal Clear, monitor regulatory changes, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and licensing agreements, maintain policies and legal files, support compliance across business, finance, and technology stakeholders, and collaborate with the EEX Group on legal matters. Role is onsite in Tyson's Corner (3 days/week) with hybrid options.
