Develops omnichannel growth strategies, manages sales and marketing teams, drives performance through KPIs and analytics, and expands distributor and retail relationships. Oversees brand awareness, PR, social media, partnerships, talent development, and localization of global strategies.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of backend and API platforms supporting ecommerce, loyalty, clienteling, and customer personalization. Build scalable Node.js and TypeScript services, integrations, microservices, and event-driven systems across commerce, payments, fulfillment, CRM, analytics, and digital experience platforms. Own API governance, security, observability, DevOps automation, and cloud infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping technical standards and roadmaps.

Scale the global influencer strategy through creator identification, partnerships, campaign execution, community building, performance reporting, budget tracking, and product logistics. The role develops influencer roadmaps, manages contracts and workflows, reviews creative assets, measures campaign results using Dash Hudson and Launch Metrics, coordinates product shipments, and supports retail partner campaigns. Candidates should bring influencer marketing experience, strong communication and project management skills, cultural awareness, and an understanding of luxury, beauty, or wellness markets.

The Global Trade Marketing Junior Manager supports the development and execution of marketing strategies, manages digital trade channels, and analyzes performance metrics to enhance brand growth.

Lead regional sales and education across Hong Kong, Singapore, and South China. Build and coach high-performing teams, drive revenue and forecasting, align with marketing, manage distributor relationships, design and deliver product and treatment training, ensure excellent customer experience, and support retail expansion and merchandising.
