Leads global CRM, loyalty, retention, and customer engagement programs for a luxury skincare brand. Owns customer engagement strategy, loyalty program performance, CRM content calendars, customer concierge operations, reporting, and retention insights. Partners with marketing, creative, e-commerce, data, technology, and agency teams to improve repeat purchase, customer lifetime value, satisfaction, and loyalty. Manages three direct reports and identifies technology and service improvements to enhance customer experience.

Manages commercial contracts across the full lifecycle, including drafting, review, redlining, negotiation, execution, renewals, amendments, and compliance. Identifies contractual risks, maintains records in a Contract Lifecycle Management system, coordinates stakeholder approvals, and supports vendor agreements. The role also improves templates, clause libraries, workflows, reporting, and contracting procedures while advising internal teams and external parties on contractual obligations.

Leads Noble Panacea’s North American sales and marketing organization, with primary focus on the US. Owns regional P&L, commercial strategy, retail expansion, retailer partnerships, trade marketing, eCommerce, digital marketing, CRM, and customer experience. Develops omnichannel growth strategies, manages sales and marketing teams, drives performance through KPIs and analytics, and expands distributor and retail relationships. Oversees brand awareness, PR, social media, partnerships, talent development, and localization of global strategies.
