Lead regional sales and education across Hong Kong, Singapore, and South China. Build and coach high-performing teams, drive revenue and forecasting, align with marketing, manage distributor relationships, design and deliver product and treatment training, ensure excellent customer experience, and support retail expansion and merchandising. Heavy travel across Asia and hands-on floor coaching required.
