Greet and guide showroom customers, book and manage appointments, support Kitchen Sales Designers through the customer journey, demonstrate product knowledge, identify sales opportunities, and help meet showroom sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Drive new business and grow existing public sector accounts (housing associations, contractors, frameworks). Generate pipeline, lead tender submissions, deliver account reviews and KPI-driven insights, collaborate cross-functionally, represent the business at events, and maintain CRM data and accurate forecasts.

Lead month-end close and produce consolidated UK management accounts for supply chain and central units. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, oversee fixed assets, accruals, payroll and VAT, support statutory reporting and external audits, partner with IT on cost control, and drive process improvements and ad hoc finance projects.

Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations at the Darlington site to ensure on-time delivery, quality, cost control and safety. Lead and develop production teams, manage budgets and forecasts, drive Lean continuous improvement, reduce waste, ensure compliance, and support financial and operational planning.

Act as brand ambassador for Magnet within a Selco concession, build and maintain trade accounts, generate leads, open new accounts, drive kitchen sales, collaborate with store and design teams, maintain product knowledge, and grow local brand awareness to meet sales targets.
