Greet and guide showroom customers, book and manage appointments, support Kitchen Sales Designers through the customer journey, demonstrate product knowledge, identify sales opportunities, and help meet showroom sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Provide operational support across production planning, stock control, and reporting in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Maintain accurate system data, perform scrap audits, manage ATO activities, support Team Leaders with stock issues, and produce operational reports while complying with Health & Safety and driving continuous improvement.

Welcome customers, demonstrate Magnet products, book and manage appointments, support Kitchen Sales Designers through the customer journey, handle queries, and help meet showroom sales targets while working flexible shifts.
