Teams at NoahFace

Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales consulting for the NoahFace workforce management platform. Demonstrate and train customers and partners, lead discovery calls and project meetings, configure solutions, advise on implementation, and resolve technical issues in live deployments. The role requires extensive workforce management, payroll, time-tracking, support, implementation, or consulting experience, strong customer service, independence, and proficiency with business IT tools.

Own the NoahFace platform backlog and roadmap input, bridge Technical Services and Engineering, design cross-platform features, guide implementation, test releases, and maintain documentation. The role requires hands-on technical support, low-level design, testing, and independent product engineering leadership across data storage, web dashboards, integrations, APIs, and mobile applications.
