Lead the strategy for robotic-assisted platforms by identifying clinical needs, developing business plans, and ensuring product readiness for market launch.

Lead FP&A activities including 3-year planning, AOP, forecasts, and monthly outlooks. Consolidate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow across regions. Build financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and scenario/ROI analyses. Partner with Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to provide variance analysis, Board materials, and ad hoc investor reporting. Drive process automation and apply AI tools to streamline reporting and analysis.

Lead demand generation and sales enablement programs to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate deal velocity. Build integrated campaigns across digital, email, content, and events; create sales collateral and competitive messaging; develop account-level growth playbooks for lung nodule programs; measure pipeline contribution and optimize programs using analytics. Partner with sales, product, clinical, and medical affairs to align positioning and reporting.

Lead and oversee complaint handling and post-market activities for medical devices: manage a complaint team, ensure timely investigations and adverse event reporting, maintain complaint metrics and trending, prepare post-market surveillance and risk file updates, own CAPA/nonconformances, create/revise SOPs and WIs, and support or conduct internal/external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead regulatory strategy and submissions for medical devices, support cross-functional teams on design and manufacturing changes, prepare FDA 510(k) and international dossiers, ensure compliance with FDA, EU MDR, ISO standards, review labeling/promotional materials, support audits/inspections, and provide regulatory guidance for post-market activities.

The Product Support Engineer provides technical support for Noah Medical's products, troubleshooting issues, managing customer relationships, and driving service improvements while collaborating across internal teams.

Lead a regional customer education function as a player/coach: personally deliver physician training, run promotional events, build KOL and fellowship relationships, hire and coach a field team, align programs with commercial strategy, own content and reporting, and support congress and launch activities to drive physician proficiency and commercial momentum for the Galaxy System.

Support and improve the Quality Management System for a medical robotics company: manage CAPAs, investigations, change control, document control, audits, data trending, and inspection readiness while partnering cross-functionally to ensure compliance with FDA and ISO standards.
