The Senior Manager, Human Resources will lead hands-on HR operations and serve as a trusted business partner to managers and employees. Responsibilities include employee lifecycle administration, HRIS data management, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, organizational effectiveness, compliance, workforce planning, and People program execution. The role also partners cross-functionally on compensation, benefits, legal, finance, talent acquisition, and organizational initiatives while improving scalable HR processes.
