Manage assigned aircraft product lines through the full product lifecycle, driving smart growth, NPI, and continuous improvement. Own program success, coordinate internal/external stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and establish consistent metrics, tools, and reporting for program health.

Support supplier quality improvement by driving supplier corrective actions, performing PFMEA and control plans, conducting supplier and process audits, reviewing manufacturing plans and drawings, training suppliers on quality/statistical tools, analyzing quality data and trends, and supporting supply chain recovery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsible for improving and supporting manufacturing processes, guiding junior engineers, and contributing to lean manufacturing initiatives within a production environment.

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to machine complex, close-tolerance parts. Establish machine origins, perform first-part verification, run production, complete in-process inspection, SPC and operator documentation, and record transactions in ERP. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality, follow safety/EHS protocols, and support lean continuous-improvement initiatives.

Perform day-to-day accounting including bank activity, cash forecasting, divisional and credit reporting, corporate card/Concur administration, AP and payroll backup, general ledger maintenance, month-end close, fixed asset management, audit support, and enforcement of internal controls.
