Serves as the primary customer liaison across Production and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, reviewing contracts, managing expedited deliveries, maintaining forecasts and order books, monitoring backlog anomalies, processing RMAs, completing invoicing and credit memos, and representing customer needs internally. The role also supports lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, reporting, training, and safety compliance.

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to machine complex, close-tolerance parts. Establish machine origins, perform first-part verification, run production, complete in-process inspection, SPC and operator documentation, and record transactions in ERP. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality, follow safety/EHS protocols, and support lean continuous-improvement initiatives.

Responsible for improving and supporting manufacturing processes, guiding junior engineers, and contributing to lean manufacturing initiatives within a production environment.
