Manage assigned aircraft product lines through the full product lifecycle, driving smart growth, NPI, and continuous improvement. Own program success, coordinate internal/external stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and establish consistent metrics, tools, and reporting for program health.

Support supplier quality improvement by driving supplier corrective actions, performing PFMEA and control plans, conducting supplier and process audits, reviewing manufacturing plans and drawings, training suppliers on quality/statistical tools, analyzing quality data and trends, and supporting supply chain recovery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsible for improving and supporting manufacturing processes, guiding junior engineers, and contributing to lean manufacturing initiatives within a production environment.
