Lead Occlunova from prototype to strategic exit by owning corporate strategy, fundraising, clinical and regulatory development, team building, and external relationships with investors, KOLs, CROs, and potential acquirers. Drive seed and subsequent financings, design and execute clinical trials, and prepare the company operationally and financially for partnership or exit.

Lead sourcing, diligence, negotiation and structuring of early-stage European healthtech investments. Incorporate and launch new ventures, build institutional partnerships, support portfolio company strategy and exits, and assist fundraising. Work closely with venture CEOs, corporates, investors and buyers to turn clinical and technological innovation into commercial outcomes.

Support venture finance activities including deal execution, M&A support, due diligence, financial and market analysis, investment proposal development, presentations, and portfolio research while working with investment professionals and portfolio CEOs.
