Serve as the technical lead for an Agile product team, defining and evolving scalable, secure product architecture. Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based enterprise solutions; guide development, integration, testing, deployment, and modernization. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, lead architecture and code reviews, address security and performance risks, create roadmaps and documentation, and mentor developers and testers.

Design and develop responsive, accessible, user-centered interfaces for federal client systems. The role requires balancing creative design expertise with technical knowledge of modern web application technologies.

Design, implement, and execute automated and manual test protocols (regression, smoke, integration, API, backend) using Java-based frameworks.
