Design, develop, test, and maintain IBM Maximo reports and KPI dashboards using BIRT and SQL. Configure, implement, and optimize Maximo workflows, escalations, notifications, and business rules. Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, support deployments, and maintain documentation to improve process automation and reporting accuracy.
