Leads end-to-end architecture, development, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness for full-stack web and mobile applications. Establishes engineering standards, DevSecOps and CI/CD practices, security and accessibility requirements, and mentors technical teams. Requires hybrid onsite work in Ashburn, Virginia, U.S. citizenship, federal background investigation eligibility, and 10+ years of full-stack development experience.

Configure, maintain, and support IBM Maximo/MAS applications, implement enhancements using Maximo tools, perform testing, troubleshoot configuration defects, support data imports/exports, assist with reporting and documentation, and follow IT governance and change management.
