Draws and stages parts, operates forklifts and pallet jacks, performs cycle counts, researches availability, processes customer and vendor orders, and supports Service and Sales teams. The role requires warehouse experience, physical material handling, strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Suite proficiency.

Recruit and hire talent across the organization by sourcing candidates, managing job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting a positive candidate experience. The role partners with hiring managers, maintains candidate pipelines and recruitment records, facilitates pre-screening requirements, participates in career events, and ensures compliance with hiring laws and company policies.

Manage and maintain company-wide IT systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, servers, PCs, networks, mobile devices, and telecommunications. Provide end-user technical support, monitor infrastructure performance, respond to outages, evaluate hardware and software, and process account setup and termination requests. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, independent judgment, and experience managing Windows-based servers and clients across a geographically distributed organization.
