Lead technical coordination for industrial power projects from design and submittals through installation, delivery, commissioning, and generator startup. Resolve technical issues, manage project milestones, coordinate contractors, vendors, engineering firms, customers, sales, and field service teams, and lead kickoff, review, and site meetings. The role requires strong communication, project management, customer service, organization, and willingness to travel up to 50%, including unplanned job-site travel.

Coordinates warehouse logistics, parts fulfillment, inventory control, procurement, order tracking, customer billing, and invoicing. Draws and stages parts, operates forklifts and pallet jacks, performs cycle counts, researches availability, processes customer and vendor orders, and supports Service and Sales teams. The role requires warehouse experience, physical material handling, strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
