Partners with business leaders and HR teams to develop and execute recruiting strategies, support workforce planning, educate hiring teams, maintain applicant tracking data, ensure recruiting compliance, and provide a positive candidate experience. The role manages sourcing, evaluation, interviewing, screening, onboarding, and talent acquisition process improvements.

Manage Nissan dealer performance across Scotland by improving sales volume, market share, customer quality, stock mix, profitability, and compliance. Build relationships with dealer groups and independent dealers, implement commercial campaigns and new model launches, forecast territory performance, develop action plans, share best practices, and collaborate with aftersales teams. This field-based role requires regular travel throughout Scotland and a full driving licence.

Supports Aftersales sales operations by managing approved plans, analyzing market conditions, inventory, regional feedback, and monthly progress. Helps identify revenue and profit opportunities within budget, assesses product-category risks, and coordinates communications between regional teams and head office. Summarizes large amounts of data to support decision-making and completes ad hoc operational tasks.
