Lead production planning and vehicle distribution to align plant output with dealer inventory and retail demand. Optimize car flow and inventory, manage ageing stock, prepare regional performance reports, analyze WS vs RS trends, and support RSMs. Build Excel dashboards and PowerPoint presentations, drive data-driven forecasting and planning improvements, and coordinate between head office and field teams to improve retail throughput and dealer productivity.
