Lead quality development for automotive electrical components and systems. Prepare Excel and PowerPoint reports and collaborate with international teams in Japan and Mexico. Requires independent work, strong communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10–20%.

Leads customer experience and digital transformation initiatives across the automotive customer journey. Analyzes Voice of Customer data, surveys, Mystery Shopper findings, and satisfaction metrics to identify improvements. Develops business cases, project plans, dashboards, and executive recommendations; collaborates with business and technical teams to implement digital solutions, automate processes, improve customer and dealer experiences, and drive organizational change.

Develops and evaluates vehicle safety performance across the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities include occupant injury and structural performance planning, crash testing, test data analysis, vehicle inspections, safety requirements definition, and reporting. The engineer collaborates with restraints, body, chassis, interior, product planning, product safety, and government affairs teams to ensure vehicle and component safety targets meet FMVSS, NCAP, IIHS, ECE, and LatinNCAP standards.
