Plan and execute product and sales training programs and budgets for Nissan dealers and fleet customers. Deliver and localize global non-technical and sales trainings, run LMS/e-learning, coach dealer staff, support new model launches, and perform competitive analysis to improve sales positioning and service quality.

Provide senior legal counsel on vehicle and facilities environmental compliance, product safety, connectivity, recalls, and government investigations. Advise on regulatory strategy, permitting, reporting, export-controlled tech access, contracts, training, and cross-functional global initiatives while working closely with engineers and overseas teams.

Lead the Product Team to drive commercial success of vehicle portfolios: define product strategy, manage go-to-market launches, analyze market/competitor dynamics, and ensure timely delivery against business KPIs.
