Provide Tier II/III on-site system administration: install software/patches, monitor servers, ensure system integrity, troubleshoot hardware/software, mentor IT technicians, train users, report issues to IT Director, and support casino operations including guest service policy.

Lead and manage Player Development and Players Club teams to grow VIP player relationships and gaming revenue through CRM-driven outreach, events, promotions, analysis, coaching, and compliance. Oversee VIP amenities, event planning, reporting, and host performance while ensuring regulatory and internal control adherence.

Maintain and repair casino buildings, grounds, and systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, boilers). Troubleshoot and service kitchen equipment, assist vendors, complete recordkeeping, follow safety procedures, and work varied shifts to ensure facility safety and guest experience.

Serve as the liaison between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure timely, correctly plated and garnished meals. Inspect dish presentation and temperature, organize expo line, communicate order status and shortages, maintain cleanliness and stock, and perform finishing touches and other assigned duties.

Provide administrative support for Service & Training; coordinate employee rewards and recognition programs, track surveys and guest comments, prepare communications and presentations, manage inventory and ordering for recognition items, and support training and engagement events.

Coordinate and execute casino marketing initiatives, manage promotional logistics, collateral, prize inventory and vendor relations, support event planning and on-site/off-site activations, maintain promotional system setups and marketing records, assist with reporting and guest inquiries, and represent the casino at events.
