Leads Player Development and Players Club operations for a casino, managing VIP relationships, host performance, CRM usage, player loyalty, revenue growth, amenities, and promotional events. Supervises and develops team members, analyzes player and host performance, ensures compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures, and presents recommendations to management. The role requires frequent interaction with high-value guests, event planning, sales-focused relationship management, and achievement of revenue goals.

Oversee casino revenue audit operations, supervising auditors and supervisors while ensuring accurate and timely gaming and non-gaming audits. Prepare journal entries, operating reports, financial statements, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Review casino department financials, maintain audit spreadsheets and accounting systems, document compliance issues, develop audit procedures, and coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Provides casino guest service while protecting assets, team members, and guests. Monitors and reports incidents, hazards, suspicious activity, and unauthorized access; responds to emergencies; performs patrols and parking lot security; assists sick or injured individuals; provides basic first aid; prepares incident reports; supports gaming equipment drops; and operates vehicles and emergency equipment. Must work varied shifts and maintain required gaming and safety qualifications.

Manages the casino’s end-to-end recruiting and hiring process, including applicant screening, testing, interviewing, hiring recommendations, job postings, job fairs, background checks, onboarding, and orientation. Maintains recruiting and HR systems, prepares employment reports, supports compliance with employment laws and Native American hiring preferences, develops job descriptions, monitors staffing trends, and advises on salary and benefits. Requires strong communication, recruiting, employment law, reporting, and HRIS experience.

Maintain and troubleshoot the organization’s infrastructure, including storage, physical and virtual servers, operating systems, applications, cloud systems, and VMware environments. Install software releases, upgrades, patches, backups, and recovery solutions; monitor performance; diagnose issues; optimize systems; document architecture; and recommend infrastructure improvements. The role also provides on-call support, coordinates junior administrators, supports automation, and requires flexible shift, weekend, and holiday availability in a strictly on-site casino environment.
