Supervise frontline cage cashiers, ensure compliance with gaming controls and Title 31, verify large payouts and jackpots, handle guest disputes, train staff, monitor paperwork and audits, and provide excellent guest service.

Provide Tier II/III on-site system administration: install software/patches, monitor servers, ensure system integrity, troubleshoot hardware/software, mentor IT technicians, train users, report issues to IT Director, and support casino operations including guest service policy.

Lead and manage Player Development and Players Club teams to grow VIP player relationships and gaming revenue through CRM-driven outreach, events, promotions, analysis, coaching, and compliance. Oversee VIP amenities, event planning, reporting, and host performance while ensuring regulatory and internal control adherence.

Maintain and repair casino buildings, grounds, and systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, boilers). Troubleshoot and service kitchen equipment, assist vendors, complete recordkeeping, follow safety procedures, and work varied shifts to ensure facility safety and guest experience.

Manage end-to-end hiring for the casino: source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates; maintain recruiting systems and reports; run job fairs; ensure Native American hiring preference; conduct background and UA testing; process new hires and support onboarding and orientation.

Coordinate promotional logistics, manage marketing collateral and promotional items, support event execution on- and off-site, assist with sponsorship and donation requests, maintain cross-department communication, support marketing reporting and documentation, and represent the casino professionally during events and community engagements.
