Maintain and troubleshoot the organization’s infrastructure, including storage, physical and virtual servers, operating systems, applications, cloud systems, and VMware environments. Leads Player Development and Players Club operations for a casino, focusing on VIP guest relationships, loyalty, visitation, and gaming revenue growth. Oversees CRM usage, player engagement strategies, promotions, events, reporting, compliance, and hosted guest amenities. Manages and coaches staff, monitors host performance, analyzes player activity, and collaborates with data teams and management to improve program results and guest satisfaction.

Install, upgrade, patch, and maintain Microsoft systems; monitor servers and network integrity; provide Tier II/III support and troubleshooting; mentor IT technicians; train staff; report to IT Director; perform hardware/software support and other assigned duties.
