Coordinate promotional logistics, manage marketing collateral and promotional items, support event execution on- and off-site, assist with sponsorship and donation requests, maintain cross-department communication, support marketing reporting and documentation, and represent the casino professionally during events and community engagements.

Manage design, installation, monitoring, tuning, security, backup and recovery of production databases. Lead IT Data Management team, enforce change control, perform audits, support migrations, and ensure data availability and compliance.

Perform hands-on building maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, boilers, and kitchen equipment. Troubleshoot systems, assist vendors, maintain records, follow safety procedures, and work shifts including weekends and holidays. Must obtain Class III Gaming License.

Manage and supervise revenue audit team to ensure timely, accurate gaming and non-gaming audits, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries and month-end closings, maintain audit spreadsheets and Casino Cash Trac, and coordinate with internal/external auditors while enforcing internal controls.
