Maintains and repairs casino buildings, grounds, and facility systems. Performs hands-on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, boiler, elevator, septic, and kitchen equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Reports facility issues, supports vendors, improves maintenance procedures, maintains records, and follows occupational safety requirements. Requires flexible availability, physical stamina, guest service, independent judgment, and the ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.

Manages the casino’s end-to-end recruiting and hiring process, including applicant screening, testing, interviewing, hiring recommendations, job postings, job fairs, background checks, onboarding, and orientation. Maintains recruiting and HR systems, prepares employment reports, supports compliance with employment laws and Native American hiring preferences, develops job descriptions, monitors staffing trends, and advises on salary and benefits. Requires strong communication, recruiting, employment law, reporting, and HRIS experience.

Maintain and troubleshoot the organization’s infrastructure, including storage, physical and virtual servers, operating systems, applications, cloud systems, and VMware environments. Install software releases, upgrades, patches, backups, and recovery solutions; monitor performance; diagnose issues; optimize systems; document architecture; and recommend infrastructure improvements. The role also provides on-call support, coordinates junior administrators, supports automation, and requires flexible shift, weekend, and holiday availability in a strictly on-site casino environment.
