Own the roadmap and execution for core pricing, risk, and AI platform foundations across the insurance policy lifecycle. Partner with customers, brokers, underwriters, engineering, data science, actuaries, and go-to-market teams to prioritize problems, shape product direction, make technical decisions, and deliver products on aggressive timelines. The role requires quantitative strength, strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and experience working in high-growth environments.

Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership across two AI-native businesses. Drive planning, forecasting, capital allocation, fundraising analysis, and long-term financial strategy. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve performance and build AI-first finance systems, operating rhythms, and decision processes. Provide hands-on analysis, modeling, and execution support to scale the business.

Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership across two AI-native businesses. Lead cross-functional initiatives, design planning and forecasting rhythms, define long-term financial strategy including fundraising, and build AI-native finance systems to drive growth and operational performance.

Design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure platform: Terraform-based provisioning, CI/CD (GitHub Actions) for a monorepo, internal AI agent tooling, observability, security controls, and developer productivity tooling. Own end-to-end platform projects, participate in on-call and postmortems, partner with internal engineering teams, and drive adoption of secure-by-default paved roads.

Lead external and internal communications, define PR strategy, craft investor and product narratives, raise executive visibility, build press and influencer relationships, and establish the communications function at a high-growth AI-insurance company.

Partner with the CEO to drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, scale operating rhythms, run board and investor prep, resolve company bottlenecks, and translate board-level strategy into execution. Own ambiguous projects, improve decision clarity, and help tell the companys external narrative while preparing to run a P&L in the future.
