Lead and improve state regulatory compliance across all states and lines of business. Serve as liaison with state insurance departments, oversee vendor support, produce statutory and DMV reporting, manage surcharge/tax processes, draft regulatory notices, analyze laws and filing requirements, support audits and market conduct exams, maintain licensing, respond to data calls, and advise cross-functional teams on regulatory impact. Manage a small team and drive compliance-related product initiatives.

Lead M&A transactions for insurance and claims acquisitions, build investment banking relationships, and develop M&A strategies to accelerate Nirvana's growth in the InsureTech space.
