Provide high-trust executive and personal support to the CEO—manage calendar, travel, confidential matters, and act as gatekeeper—while running day-to-day office operations, vendors, onboarding, policies, and US office budgets.

Own day-to-day New York office operations, including vendors, payments, invoices, inventory, mail, equipment, maintenance, travel coordination, onboarding, employee milestones, and workplace experience. Plan company offsites, sales kickoffs, team activities, and other events while improving office processes and supporting a welcoming, well-organized culture. This is a 50% part-time, on-site role working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Owns the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, account planning, technical presentations, product demonstrations, POCs, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and Salesforce opportunity management. The role requires consistent quota attainment, strong commercial acumen, and experience selling technical products such as AI, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or analytics in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead product and engineering for an agentic web search AI system: set technical/product direction, deliver LLM-driven agentic architectures, own large-scale data pipelines and web-scale crawling/caching/indexing, and scale API infrastructure from millions to billions of calls while ensuring reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

Design, build, and operate core proxy and networking infrastructure (reverse proxies, rotation, IP reputation, geo-targeting). Work at protocol and Linux networking levels, deploy and scale on cloud-native platforms, implement monitoring/health/failover, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency systems using AI-assisted tools.

Lead and set strategy for global cloud, security, and delivery lifecycle. Own cloud architecture, SDLC (with AI/AIOps), FinOps, vendor contracts, and compliance. Develop the DevOps leadership bench and partner with cross-functional execs to scale infrastructure and operational practices for rapid growth.
