Teams at Nimble

Provides executive and personal support to the CEO while managing office operations, vendors, facilities, onboarding, policies, budgets, events, and employee experience initiatives. The role requires discretion, strong organization, proactive problem-solving, flexibility, and responsiveness in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead a six-person engineering team responsible for scalable production data pipelines and an agentic AI system that generates webpage extraction templates. Own architecture, delivery, scalability, cost, stability, and platform interfaces while remaining hands-on. Mentor engineers, improve AI capability and evaluation, make build-versus-buy decisions, partner with product and customers, and manage hiring and team health.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, run QBRs, monitor health signals, mitigate risks, influence product roadmap, and build enterprise business cases demonstrating ROI for Nimble's web search agent platform.
