Teams at Nimble

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, run QBRs, monitor health signals, mitigate risks, influence product roadmap, and build enterprise business cases demonstrating ROI for Nimble's web search agent platform.

Support an enterprise sales pod by researching target accounts, identifying stakeholders, executing AI-assisted multichannel outbound, booking qualified meetings, and creating pipeline. Build AI agents, workflows, automations, dashboards, and GTM assets that improve research, personalization, prioritization, follow-up, and deal progression. Partner closely with account executives on stakeholder mapping, multi-threading, opportunity advancement, and ARR generation.

Own day-to-day New York office operations, including vendors, payments, invoices, inventory, mail, equipment, maintenance, travel coordination, onboarding, employee milestones, and workplace experience. Plan company offsites, sales kickoffs, team activities, and other events while improving office processes and supporting a welcoming, well-organized culture. This is a 50% part-time, on-site role working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
