Conduct post-summons debtor and surety engagement, negotiate settlements within approved parameters, prepare settlement documentation, ensure compliance with payment arrangements, escalate non-compliance, maintain accurate records, and deliver structured reporting to senior attorneys.

Manage day-to-day operations of a 500+ matter litigation portfolio: maintain litigation workflow records, act as primary operational contact for external attorneys, issue placements, monitor SLAs, track documents, perform follow-ups and escalations, and support reporting and process improvement with minimal supervision.

Process full-cycle bookkeeping to trial balance: maintain general ledger, creditors and cashbook, perform reconciliations, prepare VAT returns and supporting schedules, assist with audits, identify and correct accounting discrepancies, and meet reporting deadlines under the Accountant's supervision.
