Own bank connectivity setups, system integrations, and technical onboarding from start to finish. Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues, analyze data, and develop AI- and automation-based workflow improvements. Partner with customers, Product, and Engineering to resolve technical challenges, identify product gaps, and improve operational processes. The role requires strong technical aptitude, initiative, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own the full sales cycle for Nilus across the US, selling AI-powered treasury and finance automation software to CFOs, treasurers, and controllers. Responsibilities include prospecting, closing complex deals, advising finance leaders, building industry relationships, collaborating with Product and Solutions, and helping shape the company’s US go-to-market strategy.

Lead customer discovery and treasury solution design across cash positioning, forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, bank connectivity, and integrations. Translate customer workflows into product requirements, configure solutions, support pre-sales and rollouts, run beta programs, and identify repeatable product patterns. Partner with Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success while bringing treasury-market insights and expansion opportunities to the company.

Generate pipeline by researching US accounts, conducting discovery calls, engaging prospects across phone, LinkedIn, email, and video, and communicating Nilus’s value proposition. Maintain lead activity in CRM and GTM tools, test outreach strategies, analyze results, collaborate with account executives and GTM teams, and improve sales processes and reporting.

Build and own full-stack treasury products from data model through user interface. Lead technical decisions, shape product direction with product partners, use AI-assisted development tools, and collaborate with a distributed engineering team in Tel Aviv. The role requires deep backend and frontend expertise, rapid product development experience, and ownership appropriate for a staff-level engineer.
