Own end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, operating models, cash flow projections, budget reviews, reporting, and Board materials. Lead finance automation by replacing spreadsheet workflows with system integrations, improving ledger structure, and evaluating finance tools. Conduct cohort, retention, unit economics, and sales payback analysis, using SQL to query and reconcile production data. Translate analysis into recommendations for executives and investors while independently building the finance function.

Own daily accounting operations, including AP and AR processing, journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit preparation. The Staff Accountant will support accurate financial reporting, maintain organized records, and help transition accounting functions in-house while improving scalable finance workflows.

Own and grow a portfolio of high-value supply-side partnerships, managing onboarding, campaign launches, performance optimization, retention, and revenue expansion. Develop account plans, analyze full-funnel performance data, lead business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to address partner needs and escalations.
