The Growth Marketing Manager will drive execution of marketing initiatives across content, events, PR, and campaigns to enhance revenue and partnership growth, ensuring alignment with sales and leadership.

Build and run recruiting operations: design scalable processes, own Greenhouse ATS, maintain data hygiene, produce recruiting reports, coordinate interviews across the pipeline, protect candidate experience, and support sourcing when needed.

Support day-to-day accounting operations, process transactions, prepare month-end closes, assist in audits, and collaborate with the finance team.
