The role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, initiative, adaptability, and availability across time zones and outside standard hours.

Lead product-focused copywriting across product interfaces, email, help content, and ecommerce merchandising. Link messaging to business metrics, build scalable creative operations and workflows, optimize SEO and conversions, and adapt copy for white-labeled partner integrations while collaborating with UX, product, sales, and customer success teams.

Lead Nift’s marketing function and team, translating growth goals into measurable marketing strategy and programs. Own B2B positioning, messaging, product marketing, go-to-market materials, demand generation, account-based initiatives, and sales enablement. Build marketing processes and measurement frameworks, improve pipeline and revenue contribution, and develop customer advocacy programs. The role requires strategic leadership alongside hands-on execution in a high-growth performance marketing, ecommerce, and commerce media environment.
