Repairs, maintains, inspects, and modifies injection molds; fabricates fixtures, jigs, and gauges; operates machine tools; troubleshoots tooling-related production issues; performs preventative maintenance, precision bench work, and continuous improvements. The role also requires blueprint interpretation, dimensional measurement, mold inspection, emergency press-call support, and occasional training of less experienced team members.

Lead customer quality concerns from identification through closure. Coordinate audits, containment, sorting, inspections, testing, documentation, and cross-functional problem solving. Analyze technical drawings and data, maintain quality systems and customer portals, complete corrective-action documentation, support continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with IATF and ISO standards. Higher levels lead countermeasure development, critical issue resolution, quality structure planning, mentoring, and process improvement initiatives.
