Serve as Graduate Assistant Coach for men's and women's tennis: assist recruiting, plan and run practices, manage match logistics, travel coordination, video and social media support, supervise managers, support athlete academics, assist fundraising and alumni outreach, work fitness desk 1-2 days weekly, and perform equipment and game-management duties. Must enroll in Nichols College graduate program and earn college driving certification.

Support the men’s volleyball program by assisting with recruiting, practice and game operations, video and social media management, travel coordination, equipment management, academic support, fundraising, supervising managers, and working the fitness desk. Participate in department meetings and campus events; maintain driving certification and work extended hours including evenings and weekends.

Lead and manage human resources functions for ~200 employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws, administering benefits, overseeing HRIS, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, workers' compensation, and staff development. Provide policy development, vendor management, investigations, and event coordination while mentoring HR team members.

Support alumni engagement, fundraising campaigns, events, communications, and stewardship. Coordinate Student Alumni Society, assist with CRM (Slate) data, contribute to Nichols College Magazine, collaborate with athletics and student groups, and perform event logistics and outreach. Requires regular office hours and occasional evening/weekend availability; includes 50% tuition remission.

Serve as a graduate assistant in strength and conditioning: assist in physical development of student-athletes, design and supervise training programs, provide technique instruction, collaborate with athletic trainers and coaches, follow NCAA and department guidelines. Position includes stipend, tuition remission, housing option, and CSCCa mentorship; applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree and be accepted into a Nichols College graduate program.

Serve as a Graduate Assistant Softball coach assisting the Head Coach with recruiting, practice and game planning, game-day setup, travel coordination, video operations, social media, equipment management, academic support, fundraising/alumni outreach, supervising managers, and fitness center desk duties. Requires acceptance into Nichols College graduate program and participates fully in Division of Athletics activities.

Provide advising and registrar support: manage accommodation files, oversee proctored testing, assist transfer students with registration, track reporting data, contact inactive students, support digitization and record-retention projects, and maintain confidential communications with faculty and students.
