Support the Head Women's Soccer Coach with recruiting, practice and game-day execution, travel coordination, video operations, social media, academic support, equipment and inventory management, fundraising and alumni outreach, supervising team managers, and working the fitness desk. Must be accepted into Nichols College graduate program; position includes stipend, tuition remission, and on-campus housing.

Support the men’s volleyball program by assisting with recruiting, practice and game operations, video and social media management, travel coordination, equipment management, academic support, fundraising, supervising managers, and working the fitness desk. Participate in department meetings and campus events; maintain driving certification and work extended hours including evenings and weekends.

Support daily operations for a 24-sport NCAA Division III athletics department with emphasis on game operations (including Men's and Women's Rugby), sports medicine operational support, event logistics, equipment and uniform handling, and administrative tasks such as admissions, fundraising, inventory, and mailroom duties. Assist with contest setup/execution, trainer coordination, travel reconciliation, and hosting conference/championship events while collaborating with coaches and certified athletic trainers.

Design and produce print and digital marketing materials (brochures, ads, webpages, multimedia), create original graphics and photography, manage the college's digital asset library, coordinate with vendors and campus partners, ensure brand consistency, and maintain project archives and schedules.
