Supports consumer packaged goods category growth through syndicated data analysis, consumer research, competitive intelligence, portfolio and SKU optimization, innovation planning, and customer-facing presentations. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Operations, and Sourcing to support product development, commercialization, product claims, assortment recommendations, and category reviews. Maintains performance reports, competitive updates, research analyses, and innovation documentation while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Provide HR and safety support for operations: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, administer HR policies, benefits, attendance, HRIS data entry, and assist with employee relations and compliance.

Serve as HR business partner for a ~600-employee facility, leading workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational change. Drive HR programs (succession, leadership development, investigations), advise leaders, implement policies, and support employee lifecycle services while promoting engagement and operational excellence.

Perform routine laboratory analyses (wet chemistry, GC, HPLC) on raw materials, in-process, and finished products; prepare samples, maintain GMP-compliant documentation, investigate OOS/OOT and complaints, approve/reject materials, operate/maintain lab instrumentation, coordinate information flow, and support QC processes with minimal supervision.

Rotate through production line positions to assemble, pack, label, inspect, and palletize finished products while following safety, quality, and GMP/cGMP standards; maintain production documentation, assist with changeovers and troubleshooting, and keep a clean, sanitary work area.

Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure FDA/GMP compliance. Maintain Process Variance Reports and Annual Product Reviews, investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis and CAPAs, use FMEA/HAZOP and statistical process analysis, create/modify SOPs, assist with training, and support process control and continuous improvement.

Validate and collect customer debts by researching and disputing deductions, issuing credit/debit notes, applying cash, maintaining SAP records, and producing AR aging and summary reports to resolve past-due invoices.

Develops and monitors quality management systems to ensure FDA and GMP compliance. Maintains Process Variance Reports and Annual Product Reviews, investigates customer complaints, performs root cause analysis and CAPAs, conducts FMEA/HAZOP and statistical process analysis, drafts SOPs, and supports GMP/GDP training and process improvement in manufacturing environments.

Perform daily microbiological testing of raw materials and finished batches under cGMP, including plating, membrane filtration, organism identification, and OOS/OOT investigations. Maintain reagents, equipment calibration, and QC documentation; assist with SOPs, method development, training, and general laboratory housekeeping.

Maintain accurate inventory placement and optimize bin utilization to support efficient warehouse operations. Ensure >=99% bin accuracy, zone conformity, visible/scannable labels, perform slotting and re-slotting, operate material handling equipment, follow SOPs, report damage, uphold safety and housekeeping, and support continuous improvement.

Lead company-wide continuous improvement strategy across multi-site manufacturing. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, integrate AI/automation and advanced analytics, standardize processes and KPIs, manage CI project portfolio, mentor Black/Green Belts, and partner with cross-functional leaders to improve quality, productivity, cost, and service.

Create and maintain daily and weekly production and compounding schedules using SAP, MRP, Excel and BI reports. Balance production, inventory and demand, coordinate with Material Planning, Operations, Sales and Customer Service, support S&OP, recommend process and BOM changes, and adjust schedules during material or production issues. Provide leadership and cross-cover for team members.

Lead and grow the Walmart national account by presenting products, expanding distribution, forecasting sales, resolving customer issues, coordinating pricing/samples, and managing account-related reporting. Conduct on-site visits, trade show participation, stakeholder meetings, and ensure internal teams deliver high service levels. Supervise daily team activities and proactively pursue new business opportunities to meet sales and profitability targets.

Maintain and repair plant electrical and electronic manufacturing equipment, ensure NEC compliance, perform PMs, troubleshoot PLCs and wiring, read blueprints, use test equipment, fabricate parts, support installation, and share on-call electrical coverage.

Support R&D technical and compliance activities for personal care products: maintain documentation, provide SAP and lab technical support, coordinate samples and shipments, perform equipment calibration, assist with product evaluations and digitalization projects, and manage lab and office supply fulfillment.

Lead site Quality Assurance for a regulated contract manufacturing facility. Own quality systems (deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control), provide final product disposition decisions, ensure cGMP and data integrity compliance, support inspections and customer audits, drive investigations and continuous improvement, and manage QA staff.

Manage financial accounting for the Tennessee location including period-end close, forecasting, budgeting, cost and variance analysis, capital project oversight, audit support, and supervising finance staff.

Lead and execute mechanical engineering and capital projects for manufacturing: design using CAD, develop scopes and estimates, manage procurement/installation/commissioning, troubleshoot equipment, support facility layouts and new product introductions, and maintain technical documentation.

Manage R&D projects and personnel to develop, reformulate, optimize, and document personal care product formulas. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing, Production), prepare technical and financial data, support certifications, investigate customer complaints, and train staff to meet specifications, timelines, cost, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Manage and grow national account relationships by presenting products, pursuing new business, forecasting sales, conducting on-site visits, coordinating brokers, resolving customer issues, overseeing account activities and guiding internal stakeholders. Ensure order fulfillment, prepare sales documentation, monitor inventory and hold regular meetings to drive sales and profitability. Role requires significant travel to customer sites.
