Perform routine laboratory analyses (wet chemistry, GC, HPLC) on raw materials, in-process, and finished products; prepare samples, maintain GMP-compliant documentation, investigate OOS/OOT and complaints, approve/reject materials, operate/maintain lab instrumentation, coordinate information flow, and support QC processes with minimal supervision.

Lead and direct daily activities of 15–30 machine operators on manufacturing value streams. Ensure safety, quality (cGMP), productivity, OEE, waste reduction, and on-time production. Coordinate with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse; manage reports, spreadsheets, payroll, and shift communications; coach and develop team members and drive continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure FDA/GMP compliance. Maintain Process Variance Reports and Annual Product Reviews, investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis and CAPAs, use FMEA/HAZOP and statistical process analysis, create/modify SOPs, assist with training, and support process control and continuous improvement.
