Supervise daily production on manufacturing value streams, lead 15–30 machine operators, ensure safety, quality (cGMP), productivity and OEE targets, partner with Safety/Quality/Maintenance/Warehouse, manage timekeeping/payroll and shift reports, and drive continuous improvement and problem solving.

Manage and respond to technical specification requests and quality questionnaires; update customer specifications; coordinate customer quality information and component changes; support target inspections at distribution centers; review records for investigations; complete UL/BV quality responses and QA master data reporting; execute QA projects as assigned.

Serve as HR business partner for a ~600-employee facility, leading workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational change. Drive HR programs (succession, leadership development, investigations), advise leaders, implement policies, and support employee lifecycle services while promoting engagement and operational excellence.
