Supervises day-to-day microbiology laboratory operations and product release testing for OTC products. Oversees OOS, deviation, incident, and NCR investigations; maintains GMP and GLP compliance; develops and validates methods; manages laboratory equipment, supplies, documentation, and regulatory readiness. Trains, mentors, and evaluates microbiology personnel while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely release.

Maintain and repair plant electrical and electronic manufacturing equipment, ensure NEC compliance, perform PMs, troubleshoot PLCs and wiring, read blueprints, use test equipment, fabricate parts, support installation, and share on-call electrical coverage.

Manages employee relations, compensation, leave and workers’ compensation processes in a manufacturing environment. Advises management on HR policies, employment laws, complaints, investigations, discipline, conflict resolution and workforce planning. Oversees job evaluations, descriptions, wage surveys and merit increases, while supervising HR Generalists and Specialists and supporting employee morale, productivity and working conditions.
