Manage controls, incident tracking, regulatory responses, audits, remediation, data quality, reporting and dashboards. Support projects, UAT, stakeholder communications, and ensure processes and documentation meet regulatory and business requirements.

Design and deliver targeted lifecycle and content marketing to boost retention, upsell, cross-sell and member lifetime value. Build lifecycle models, segmentation and interventions, optimize messaging across digital and owned channels, analyze performance, and ensure compliance within regulated environments.

Lead brand and sponsorship strategy and execution to drive top-of-funnel awareness, consideration and acquisition. Manage sponsorship portfolio, SEO initiatives, stakeholder collaboration, and measure commercial impact across campaigns and channels.

Review, refine and manage operational customer communications to ensure clarity, brand alignment and regulatory compliance. Work with marketing, operations, legal, compliance and customer teams to standardise messaging, improve governance, mitigate communication risk, and enhance customer experience across touchpoints.

Coordinate and execute B2B, sponsorship, Adviser, Group and Iwi marketing activity. Manage external agencies, stakeholder relationships, budgets, reporting and day-to-day optimisation of marketing channels. Create and refine messaging and copy, measure campaign effectiveness, and use insights to improve performance and achieve sales and brand objectives.

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects across business and technology. Translate programme objectives into plans, manage governance, risks, budgets and change, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove roadblocks, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of sustainable outcomes.

Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting applications to fulfill business needs, ensuring quality, performance, security, and continuous improvement while providing mentorship to junior developers.
