Lead operation and continuous improvement of the ISMS aligned to ISO 27001; coordinate audits, risk assessments, PCI compliance, contract security obligations, policy governance and technology risk initiatives across the Group while partnering with Cyber, SecOps, Enterprise Risk, technology and business stakeholders.

Provide frontline support to NDIS providers by ensuring compliance, validating ABNs, handling incoming/outgoing calls, de-escalating issues, recording accurate CRM notes, and building strong provider relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective engagement.

Provide high-quality support and relationship management for NDIS providers: handle inbound/outbound calls, validate ABNs, ensure compliance, de-escalate issues, record accurate CRM notes, and foster positive provider experiences through effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Manage inbound and outbound participant enquiries, conduct needs-based sales and retention conversations, own a lead pipeline to meet conversion and retention targets, maintain accurate CRM records, escalate risks, ensure NDIS-compliant information, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve participant experience.

Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting applications to fulfill business needs, ensuring quality, performance, security, and continuous improvement while providing mentorship to junior developers.
