Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Technology & Transformation Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Anticipate executive needs, coordinate meetings, events, and hybrid working experiences, prepare reports, manage priorities, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong communication, organizational and people management skills, financial acumen, and advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Analyzes provider charging, claims, utilization, and performance data to identify cost drivers, outliers, sustainable pricing patterns, and network improvement opportunities. Builds models and scenarios for network design, pricing reviews, negotiations, business cases, and cost management. Translates complex and incomplete data into clear commercial insights and practical recommendations for stakeholders and decision-makers.
