You will manage claims operations and vendor partnerships, driving performance and continuous improvement through automation and capability uplift.

Perform systems and business analysis, shape technical solutions, document requirements and technical specs, analyse APIs and SQL, collaborate with architects and engineers, prioritise backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage minor incidents and drive delivery within a software product team.

Manage day-to-day investor engagement and communications for an ASX-listed company: prepare ASX releases, presentations, briefing packs, and results materials; coordinate investor events, roadshows and the AGM; maintain investor website and SharePoint; monitor market/analyst activity; and support continuous disclosure and governance with senior stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial, Legal and Sustainability.
