Lead daily routines, attendance, activities, transitions, and dismissal while maintaining safe, inclusive, and compliant spaces. Assist with behavioral and learning needs, respond to emergencies, follow mental health and licensing procedures, collaborate with staff, communicate professionally with families and students, and participate in required training and professional development.

The Group Leader supervises and facilitates activities for program participants of all ages, ensuring safety and engagement while promoting positive interactions.
