Supervise and care for assigned students in a school-based after-school program. Lead daily routines, attendance, activities, dismissal, behavior support, inclusion efforts, and emergency procedures. Maintain safe, clean spaces, follow licensing and mental health protocols, collaborate with staff and families, complete required training, and support positive youth development. Must work weekday afternoons for three hours daily.

Support students’ learning, behavioral, inclusion, and mental health needs while maintaining clean, compliant spaces. Collaborate with Activity Specialists, teachers, youth workers, families, and supervisors, and complete required training and professional development.

The Group Leader supervises and facilitates activities for program participants of all ages, ensuring safety and engagement while promoting positive interactions.
