Supervise and support elementary students in a school-based after-school program. Lead daily routines, activities, transitions, attendance, dismissal, and behavior support while ensuring safety, inclusion, compliance, and positive youth development. Collaborate with teachers and activity specialists, maintain clean spaces, respond to emergencies, follow mental health and licensing protocols, and participate in required training and professional development.
