Lead development, launch, and optimization of lending products (SME/retail), drive portfolio growth and profitability, manage risk and compliance, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, digitalize lending journeys, and produce performance reporting and insights for senior management.

Process and post daily settlements and third-party invoices per SLAs, maintain accounting entries and reconciliations, resolve internal/external queries within TAT, produce MIS and dashboards, handle rejects/re-processing, follow ISO 27001 and confidentiality requirements, and support process improvements and automation (macros/templates).

Monitor card transactions 24/7, review triggered alerts from fraud detection tools, contact cardholders and merchants, take and escalate actions per SLA, report fraud to banks and schemes, perform fraud recovery, clear alert queues, and support ad-hoc management tasks while maintaining compliance and service standards.
