Drive new business and manage client relationships across Southern Africa. Develop sales plans, build pipelines, negotiate contracts, hit targets, respond to tenders, and hand over accounts to client management while coordinating with internal teams.

Develop and optimize web applications using JavaScript and React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and designers, write clean scalable code, perform code reviews, test frontend features, and debug issues to ensure high performance and quality.

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic product and launch projects: define scope, plan timelines/budgets, manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, mitigate risks, track performance, and run GTM/pilot launches through to closure.
