Manages affordable housing communities, overseeing fiscal performance, leasing, marketing, resident certifications, regulatory compliance, collections, staff supervision, property maintenance coordination, and physical asset management. The role interprets LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing, HOME, and related regulations; prepares for inspections; manages personnel activities; and represents the company with property owners and regulatory agencies.

Assists with daily multifamily property operations, including leasing, resident services, collections, budgeting, maintenance coordination, compliance, inspections, reporting, vendor relations, and staff support. Ensures occupancy goals, regulatory requirements, property standards, and customer service expectations are met. Handles resident concerns, community events, move-ins, move-outs, recertifications, and financial administration under the direction of the Community Manager.

Assists with apartment community operations, including leasing, sales, collections, budgeting, resident services, maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, inspections, reporting, and staff support. Ensures occupancy, resident satisfaction, property quality, and adherence to HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and related regulations. Works three days weekly at the primary property and floats two days to other communities, including occasional weekends and holidays.

Oversee multi-site property operations including supervising on-site staff, leasing, resident relations, maintenance, budgets, marketing, vendor management, and legal compliance. Travel between properties as needed to meet financial and operational goals, ensure occupancy, and maintain property standards.

Manage day-to-day operations and leasing for multiple apartment communities, lead sales team from lead generation through lease close, handle resident services, collections, pricing, administration, inspections, training, and travel between properties as assigned.
